My husband says that, long long ago, in another land, his friend drove a semi truck, and took him along one day, asking "Have you noticed that women drive around Atascadero with their bottom halves uncovered so that they can be cooled of in the air conditioning?" (and this is pretty paraphrased) (Atascadero, California, can be quite hot during the summer). So my then not-yet-husband looked around, and lo and behold, women actually DID drive around with the nether regions airing out, for the truckers to see. I think he made the whole thing up!
