First, there IS no collins project. Not in the real world. What is interesting is that the person who originated the idea, who uses the following names: 1. Waikiki Kahuna; 2. Paladin; 3. Jojo207; 4. [OMG!!!! ] M O R P H E U S [!!!]; 21 whistleblower33; ...what is interesting is that they are capable of conning the administrators of Wikipedia because if you look up the collins project on wikipedia, there's this whole BULLSHIT article about Australian submarines being upgraded to sail around the Sea Of Colonic Darkness or whatever. I spoke with a person who's been a programmer for fifteen years and currently works for Arnold, over in California. Collins isn't even a blip on the radar. It doesn't exist, it never existed and it never WILL exist. It is the actual brainchild of the person who called himself MORPHEUS as his favorite incarnation. He's bright, but lacks a coherent goal. Dedicated but benighted. Committed but unfortunately for us, NOT in Napa State, (or Stockton...Atascadero, whatever) where he would be denied access to a computer.
